I take this opportunity to share my resounding recommendation for Star Force in their ability to assist veterans and other individuals in transforming themselves and their careers. The limited vocabulary in the human resources arena forces Star Force to use common terms such as career desires, skill sets, skills translation, resume, personal branding, and job interview in referring to various aspects of their program, but the similarities end there.
Star Force begins with the realization that each of us has a unique purpose and as we discover the combination of skills, desires, and traits that constitute us as an individual, we can discover that purpose.
Star Force uses the right tools to focus the individual on their unique purpose which can be completed in a variety of settings.
